1. Website purpose

This website provides information about Excellent Excavation Services and allows visitors to request an estimate and, when availability is offered, optionally request a phone consultation.

2. Services

The services presented on this website are Excavation, Land Clearing, Grading, Demolition and Trenching. Service descriptions are general information and do not guarantee that a particular project can be accepted or performed on particular terms.

3. Estimate requests are not contracts

Submitting an estimate request, uploading project photos or selecting a consultation time does not create a contract for excavation or site work, authorise work to begin, guarantee availability, reserve a project date or establish a final project price.

Any actual project will be subject to a separate agreement between the customer and Excellent Excavation Services covering the scope, price, schedule and other project-specific terms.

4. Consultation booking

Phone consultation booking is optional. Availability shown on the website is checked against the connected calendar and the selected slot is revalidated when the request is submitted. A consultation is only treated as booked when the website confirms that the calendar appointment was created.

5. Information you submit

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and that you are authorised to provide. Do not upload unlawful material, malicious files or content that infringes another person's rights. Project photos are optional and are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable website use

Do not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security controls, gain unauthorised access, overload the service, submit fraudulent enquiries or use automated methods in a way that disrupts normal operation.

7. Website content

Website content is provided for general information. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but the website may be changed, corrected, interrupted or unavailable from time to time. Project-specific decisions should be based on the separate project assessment and agreement, not on general website content alone.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website's branding, layout, text and other original site materials are owned by or used with permission by Excellent Excavation Services. They may not be copied or republished for commercial use without permission.
